As usual, this post is not gonna be some generic twitter get rich quick guru advice. This will be DIFFICULT, but actionable information that you can implement the moment you get out of college.

Note: We are assuming you are in a simple city. If you are in a more expensive place like San Fran, or NYC, you can add a simple COLA change for it. Also, I’m assuming you didn’t get unlucky and graduate during a recession.
